When I get a sweet tooth, this is the quickest and easiest dessert to throw together.

I love the rich and creaminess of the peanut butter and the chewiness of the oats in this cookie. Honey is optional, and typically I’ll omit it since I think applesauce is sweet enough to hit the spots. But, flavor how you wish!

You likely have oats, peanut butter and honey in the pantry, so what are you waiting for to have these for your treat?
