Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt (for Greek Yogurt, use 3/4 cup)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup organic berries of choice
¼ cup nuts, seeds or a combo of both
drizzle of honey (optional)

In a mason jar, scoop about 1/2 of your yogurt for layer one. Then, add in half the tbsp of chia seeds, berries and a sprinkle of nuts. Repeat again for the second layer. Drizzle with honey if desired. Refrigerate and grab when you are ready, or eat right away. Stays fresh in the airtight jar for up to 3 days.
