Pumpkin Seed Chocolate Fudge

Yields1 ServingPrep Time5 mins

This no-bake recipe is something I whipped up in part of my current phase II of seed cycling (more to come in this next month) and I couldn’t be more pleased in this way this turned out.

It’s gooey, smooth yet fresh, rich and crunchy, cold and refreshing. It reminded me of a fudge, so here it is. Enjoy!

 4 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
½ jar nut butter (I used unsweetened sunbutter)
 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 2 ripe bananas
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 pinch sea salt
1

Mash the banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.

2

Add cocoa powder, sea salt, nut butter and mix with spatula till combined.

3

Spread mixture on a small cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sliver into squares with the spatula and freeze for about 30-60 mins and enjoy.
