We’ve all seen peanut butter stuffed dates, but I felt like they were too rich and not satisfying enough for me. Here, I introduce to you this protein-packed snack that’s both sweet and salty! Creamy and satisfying, I’m obsessed with these post-meal and the best part is... no added sugars or sweeteners are needed.
Use any nut butter you wish if you’re not a fan of peanut butter. I’ve also tried this with regular plain organic yogurt in addition to goat milk yogurt and all variations came out delicious!
Be careful not to eat while they’re too frozen... defrost for a few mins if you can before taking a bite!
