I developed this easy 5-minute NO BAKE recipe that’s perfect for anyone whose looking to satisfy their sweet tooth and not feel guilty about it 🙋🏻‍♀️

So I was getting ready this past Saturday for my 28-Day Fit Feb Challenge final meeting where I was weighing and measuring everyone’s results and wanted to make a treat for the contestants. I wanted to show them my appreciation for their dedication to this challenge and reward their hard-earned sweaty sessions all month long with a treat that’s BxB approved!

With only a couple of ingredients in my pantry and fridge and not much time to spare, I saw my Rootz Nutrition Chocolate Banana Nut Protein Powder and it clicked - Chocolate Banana Nut Protein Bites! I grabbed my Rootz, rolled oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter and raw agave and whipped these girls up in under 5 minutes.

As you know, I love eating real food... so if you’re not using their 🍫🍌🥜 Chocolate Banana Nut Protein Powder as a shake for a meal replacement, give a scoop a try in these tasty protein bites!

With my allergy to soy and intolerance to dairy, it’s almost impossible for my to find a protein powder that’s not only free of my allergens, but that also tastes great! I’m so glad I came across Rootz Nutrition protein because it’s not only made from clean ingredients, it’s tastes GREAT! 😋

If you’d like, you can check out their products for 10% off, by entering the discount code BODYXBROOKE at checkout!

PS: I tested these out with my challenge contestants and my Sunday Boot Campers and they all loved them!!
