Since I discovered my allergy to sesame seeds, I've been making homemade hummus for as long as I can remember. Hummus is traditionally made with chickpeas and tahini (sesame paste) and I've played around with different nuts and seeds to mimic the nuttiness and creamy texture of tahini without risking my allergies and I've yet to find a suitable replacement-- TILL NOW!

I introduce you to my deliciously creamy Hemp Heart Hummus that not only tastes delicious, but loaded with health benefits! I made my hummus with Evo Hemp Hearts since you know I'm all about top quality for a reasonable price (you can use my code BODYXBROOKE for 20% OFF ALL Evo Hemp products!
