Get half your daily greens right here with this morning green machine smoothie! The herbs really brighten up this lightly sweetened blend of veggies and fruit. Use your judgement with how much water to add-- you can keep this on the thicker side for a filling shake or thin it out with more water for more of a juice-like consistency. Enjoy!

1 small green apple
2 cups organic baby spinach
2 celery stalks
½ English cucumber
¼ cup parsley leaves
1 handful fresh mint (optional)
½ frozen banana (or 2 pitted dates)
1 tbsp almond butter
¼ lemon, with skin
1 pinch pink salt
6 spirulina/chlorella tablets
water
