This super easy recipe takes 2 minutes to prepare and sets in the fridge in about an hour. No cooking, baking or separate mixing bowls makes this recipe foolproof.

Ingredients:

 1 cup unsweetened almond beverage
 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 pink salt
 pumpkin spice
 cinnamon

Directions:

Pour almond beverage and vanilla extract into a small bowl or shallow cup. Whisk to combine.

Add chia seeds and sea salt and whisk again.

Top with pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to your liking and chill for about one hour.
