We know how important it is to eat plenty of fruits and veggies, but let’s face it… it’s not always to get as much as we need each day. Smoothies can be a quick, easy and tasty way to get a mega dose of superfoods, and they’re even good to take with you on the go.
Enjoy this dairy-free, vegan and Paleo approved smoothie as part of your daily intake of vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
Some tips to keep in mind:
A smoothie with no protein added is just a snack, so simply add protein to any recipe to transform these shakes into meals
To make a richer smoothie, replace ice by using frozen fruit (you may need to add more liquid)
To thicken a smoothie, add more ice. Alternatively, add more liquid to thin out the consistency
