My challenges and programs are a great way to jump into a routine without necessarily being a member. I’ve got several challenges to choose from– some are as quick as 14 days, some 90 days and others somewhere in between to get a jump start on your health and fitness. Meal plans are included in some, as well to help reach your goals faster.
All community challenges are included for BxB All Access members, or may be purchased a-la-carte for non-members.
