Whether you lead an active lifestyle or are new to your workout journey, my weeks split of live or prerecorded classes feature workouts designed to take you to the next level. Each day of the week targets different muscle groups and varies from high to low intensities through the week. Day to day and week to week, you’ll never get bored with ever-changing workout routines and killer playlists that you may even find yourself toe-tapping along with me!

I created BxB SWEAT @ HOME virtual workout classes in April 2020 when I wasn’t able to instruct group classes in the studios and gyms I worked out of in Staten Island, NY. Group fitness is my passion, and I never thought a virtual class would generate even more energy, results, confidence, transformations and love than at the gym! This is the closest thing to a live group class as you can get… but in my opinion, BETTER!

Schedule

Information:

  • $5 per class, full week of 6 for $25, or monthly unlimited for $85
  • payment via Venmo (@BODYXBROOKE) or PayPal first timer? click here!
  • each workout is about 50/55 minutes with a stretch included
  • burn average of 375+ calories per class with little to no equipment
  • attend live classes through Zoom or receive pre-recorded class recordings by email (Google Drive)
  • earn one free class for every friend you get signed up (not applicable for monthly)
  • the full week of classes are archived, so you can purchase a class recording any day of the week

Live Classes:

  • after registering for a live class, you will receive an email or Instagram DM with the live Zoom meeting ID and password (also with a direct link)
  • sign up for any live class within 30 minutes before start time
  • if you signed up for a live class and cannot make it, simply let me know and I will email you the recorded class

Pre-Recorded Class Videos:

  • my morning class of is recorded, so you can sign up in advance to get the video emailed to you once it’s uploaded
  • class recordings are uploaded and emailed to registrants via Google Drive about 1 hour after my morning class ends
  • you can sign up for any class recording in advance, same day at any time, or any day after the class is over (for example, you can sign up for a Tuesday class video on a Friday)
  • class videos will expire 24 hours after they have been emailed to you (for single-purchase classes and weekly signups) and cannot be shared to other devices or accounts
  • unlimited monthly members will receive the full week of classes emailed to them, regardless if they attended live class

$5 per class

$25 week of 6 classes

  • Sign up for a full week of 6 classes
  • Sign up any day of the week for all 6 class formats

$85 Monthly Unlimited

  • Register for a full month, unlimited classes
  • Sign-up any date
  • Monthly members will receive all live Zoom class links as well as prerecorded class videos
  • Class videos are emailed to you in real time, perfect for if you can’t attend any live class
  • Class videos are available throughout the entire week (no 24 hour expiry)
  • Invitation to join private Facebook community to motivate and inspire each other
  • No automatic renewal
  • No hidden fees

Join me LIVE on Zoom

I’d love to have you join in live and really get that in-person group class vibe! All my Zoom workouts can be signed up for easily through Venmo payment. If you do not have Venmo, I also accept PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay or CashApp – please use the contact form below or contact me on Instagram for assistance.

Live Class Sign-Up Instructions:

  1. Select a class, register for a week, or join monthly unlimited.
  2. Venmo me (@BODYXBROOKE) or pay through PayPal and memo the day(s) and time(s) of the classes you wish to attend live.
    example: “Mon 9AM, Tues 9AM, Fri 10AM”
    example: “Sun-Fri morning Live”
    example: “Monthly Unlimited”
  3. First class? Place your Instagram handle and email address in the memo so I can link up your accounts. If Venmo asked to verify last 4 of phone number, the code is 8782.
  4. You’re all set! I will DM or Email you the live Zoom links to attend class. Any class you wish to attend after that, simply Venmo me and memo the class(es) you wish to sign up for and you will be sent the invitations.
Info:
  • you do NOT need to have your video on during a live class. I only encourage your video on if you’d like me to check your form and provide corrections where I see they may need them, but this is your choice
  • if you are unable to make it to any live class you signed up for, let me know and I will email you the recorded class
  • credits cannot be used towards another day if you are unable to attend

Can’t make live classes?

I got you! Our schedules and lives are constantly changing, so if you are unable to make it to any live class on Zoom, I record my morning classes so you won’t miss a workout. Sign up for a class recording for any day of the week you wish to attend! Sign up in advance for the class recording to get it sent to you within an hour of class ending. Alternatively, you can sign up for any class recording, any day of the week. For instructions on how to sign up, see below.

Classes by Email Sign-Up Instructions:

  1. Select a class, register for a week, or join monthly unlimited.
  2. Venmo me (@BODYXBROOKE) or pay through PayPal and memo the class days/dates followed by “recording”.
    example: “Week of Recordings (Sun-Fri)”
    example: “Monday 10/19 recording”

Which Class Is Right For Me?

If you’d like to try a class, I broke down high intensity and low impact days. Low impact classes are great for all levels. High intensity days are cardio-focused and designed to push you out of your comfort zone!

High Intensity Days:
  • Abs, Butt + Cardio (mix of high/low)
  • Band Burn (mixed)
  • Legs, Butt + Cardio
  • Total Body Circuit (mix of high/low)
  • Strength + Cardio
Low Impact Days:
  • Abs, Butt + Cardio (mix of high/low)
  • Band Burn (mixed)
  • Arms + Abs
  • Total Body Circuit (mix of high/low)
  • Lower Body + Core

What’s Needed?

  • a yoga mat or towel for floor work
  • a set of dumbbells (any weight you are comfortable with) are needed for 3 of 6 class formats. Small, looped resistance bands (such as these) are needed for Band Burn. If you don’t have weights, I recommend 2 cans of food from your pantry
  • a well-hydrated body – drink your water!
  • a positive and ready to work attitude!
No equipment needed for:
  • Abs, Butt + Cardio
  • Legs, Butt + Cardio
  • Lower Body + Core
Light to medium dumbbells or soup cans needed for:
  • Arms + Abs
  • Total Body Circuit
  • Strength + Cardio
Small looped resistance bands needed for:
  • Band Burn
