- sign ups for live classes end 30 minutes before the class start time
- each class recordings may be viewed for 24 hours from the time the video is emailed to you
- class is about 55 minutes and includes a stretch at the end
- check out online (PayPal) or pay via Venmo (@BODYXBROOKE) notating the class name + your email address (for first time signups)
