  • each week targets 2 different muscle groups to build overall full body strength through the program
  • dumbbells (2, 5 or 8 lbs depending on your level) and a yoga mat or towel needed
  • new routines each week to build strength and endurance
  • attend live on Zoom or get the class recording emailed to you
  • sign ups for live classes end 30 minutes before the class start time
  • class recording may be viewed until 11:59PM the following day after it’s emailed
  • each class is $5, or a full month of unlimited access to the BxB Beginner Program is $55 with no cut-off time limit to view classes
  • check out online (PayPal) or pay via Venmo (@BODYXBROOKE) notating the class name + your email address (for first time signups)
