  • attend live on Zoom or get the class recording emailed to you
  • sign ups for live classes end 30 minutes before the class start time
  • class recording may be viewed until 11:59PM the following day after it’s emailed
  • each class is $5 pay-as-you-go, memberships for unlimited (30+55 min classes) is $85 or monthly membership for 30 min classes only is $55. members can stream any class recording all month long
  • check out online (PayPal) or pay via Venmo (@BODYXBROOKE) notating the class name + your email address (for first time signups)
