Hello, my name is Brooke Michelle, creator of BODY x BROOKE and BxB SWEAT @ HOME. I host virtual fitness classes for all levels live on Zoom 6x per week and also offer recorded class videos for those who can't attend live! I am a certified personal trainer, group class fitness instructor and holistic health coach living in Staten Island, New York. Instagram post 17885397272140641 LOW IMPACT SCULPT is such a great way to lengthen and strengthen your body. Try these non-imtimidating moves out using nothing but your own bodyweight. Upper body, core, thighs, butt and abs will all be activated and strong here!

I give some options for advanced if you want to take it to the next level.

TRY EACH FOR 30 SECONDS. 3 ROUNDS.
1. Knee crunch with narrow down dog keeping leg raised (30 sec) each side
2. Tricep pushup (heels to butt) with a press back to heels
3. Crunches with heels together
4. Knee tuck with wide leg extension
5. Rock and roll to hip raise into boat pose
6. Elevating legs (30 sec) followed by lower leg pulse (30 sec) each side
